In the ever-evolving world of convention center telecommunications, Smart City Networks has always been a leading voice. We strive to remain an industry leader by staying up to date on the latest news and updates from the meeting and events industry not only in a national sense, but also on a global scale. With that in mind, Smart City was proud to attend the International Association of Convention Centres’ (AIPC) annual conference, AIPC 2023, in Luxembourg City, Luxembourg. The AIPC is the primary industry association for professional convention and exhibition center managers worldwide and this global conference celebrates excellence in convention center management and highlights how important international meetings and events can be in cementing global relations.
This is the 13th year Smart City has participated as a business partner in AIPC, and we are honored to be part of such a crucial event. Our president, Mark Haley, was in attendance and it provided an excellent platform to network and engage with a diverse range of industry professionals. It enabled us to strengthen existing relationships and even forge some new ones.

Throughout the event, Mark had the opportunity to interact with fellow business professionals including Greg O’Dell, president of Oak View Group, and Luther Villagomez from Houston First. Smart City always values the perspectives shared by these individuals and the entire event’s attendees, and we look forward to more events in the future!
