Smart City Networks is excited to unveil our latest Pinnacle! Our theme this issue was Continually Improve Processes, and we have a lot to celebrate in that regard. We’ve won a Service Provider of the Year award in Events DC, Smart City has been named a Top Workplace for a second year in a row, and we’ve made great strides with our Career Advancement Training program. These are just a few examples of Smart City going above and beyond to continually improve the customer service experience and our overall work environment, and we are thankful to all our team members who have helped us strive to reach The Very Top!
