Super Bowl LIV Experience at the Miami Beach Convention Center

Miami Beach Convention Center (MBCC) is hosting the National Football League for the Super Bowl LIV Experience, January 25th – Saturday, February 1st. Super Bowl LIV is the tenth Super Bowl event that Smart City Networks, the exclusive internet service provider at the MBCC, has proudly provided outstanding customer service, connectivity, and experience. As the technology partner to premier convention centers around the country, Smart City has delivered technology services to the NFL’s Super Bowl events since 2003, to enhance their fans’ experience.

The Super Bowl Experience is presented by Lowe’s and various other sponsors like Tik Tok, Ford, Wilson, Bridgestone, VISA, Campbell’s Soup. Super Bowl LIV Experience provides fans with numerous thrilling experiences for the football frenzy town including exhibit attractions such as; the Locker Room, presented by Panini, that features 65 TV screens of NFL footage, Vince Lombardi Trophy, NFL Draft Photo, NFL Total Access, Super Bowl Ring Display, Pro Football Hall of Fame, and NFL Shops presented by VISA. Large scale installations of activities like NFL Play 60 Field, Playmakers Square, NFL Drills, 40 Yard Dash, Field Goal Kicks, and Obstacle Course were installed for fans to get an expansive NFL experience.

The Smart City wireless network seamlessly supports the more than 2200 attendees simultaneously streaming, downloading and uploading their Super Bowl experience. While an additional 10 wireless networks were set up for NFL planners, NFL Sponsors, and Ticket Master to securely process credit card payments and monitor the event, along with media and social media coverage.

Smart City team members installed custom networks, including deploying 39 edge switches and extending fiber circuits, to provide for the NFL’s Security Cameras, Credentials Scanners, Gatekeepers, and Broadcast TV/ Live Streaming from the Miami Beach Convention Center. We are assisting the NFL and WBL (the technology provider to Hard Rock Stadium) with their Media Center & Radio Row, for Television Broadcast Networks.
